WTB Europe, s.r.o., a Czech company (hereinafter WTB), provides all visitors and companies with access to the wtb.com website, under the terms established herein.
ONE.- DEFINITION OF USER
Anyone who has access to and/or makes use of wtb.com becomes a user thereof,and thereafter accepts without reservations the present General Conditions,notwithstanding the Specific Conditions or Privacy Policy that WTB may establish forregistered users of the latter, or to regulate certain services and/or content. Where the user is a minor, he/she must receive permission from his/her parents,guardians or legal representatives beforehand. The latter shall be held responsible for all intents and purposes for any action taken on behalf of the minors under their charge.
TWO.- USER OBLIGATIONS
The user undertakes to use wtb.com in and all logos, copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in accordance with legislation in force, good faith, public order and generally accepted habits and customs.
Likewise, the user undertakes not to use wtb.com for illegal purposes or to the detriment of the rights and/or interests of WTB and/or third parties, and not to cause damages or prevent the normal operation of wtb.com.
THREE.- USER'S LIABILITY
The use that the user makes of wtb.com shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the latter, and he/she shall hold WTB harmless for any damages and/or loss that a breach of the present General Conditions on the user's part may cause to the user him/herself or to third parties.
Likewise, WTB reserves the right to deny access to and/or use of wtb.com or any of its content and/or services for users who have breached the present General Conditions. WTB shall follow up the non-fulfillment of the present conditions and any improper use of the website, exercising any civil and penal action applicable by law.
FOUR.- WTB'S LIABILITY
WTB renders the goods to which the present conditions refer for certain prices. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it may set a price for such goods differently in its sole discretion.
WTB is not held liable for damages and/or loss of any kind caused to the user or a third party due to: • (i) lack of availability, maintenance or proper operation of wtb.com., its services or content; • (ii) lack of usefulness, authenticity, suitability or validity of wtb.com., its services or content to meet the user's needs or expectations; • (iii) access by a third party, in violation of the security measures established by WTB, to wtb.com., its content or services in order to send a virus or to process the data stored by WTB for unauthorized purposes; • (iv) or, in general, any use of wtb.com., its services and/or content made by the user or a third party in breach of the Conditions of access to and use thereof established by WTB.

Links have been enabled by WTB for user convenience only. Said contents and services are not controlled or managed by WTB. Including these contents and services, does not imply the association, merger or participation of WTB in any of the connected entities.
WTB has no control over and does not approve of or appropriate the contents, services, products or any type of information issued by third parties -legal entities or individuals- that appears on the website. Any contractual or extra-contractual relationship which, in its case, may be endorsed with advertisers or third parties contacted via wtb.com, or the participation in competitions, contests, purchase or sale of goods or services, is carried out exclusively between the User and the advertiser and/or third party.
Consequently, WTB assumes no direct or indirect liability or responsibility whatsoever with respect to the legitimacy, veracity, use, quality or reliability of contents and services not directly managed or controlled by WTB, even when these can be accessed via wtb.com. Users accept that WTB shall not be liable for any damages caused in connection with negotiations, conversations and contractual or extra-contractual relations with the advertisers or third parties -legal entities or individuals- contacted via the Portal.
SIX.- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The content that WTB makes available to the user is protected under the necessary intellectual property rights that the owners have legally granted for the relevant purposes.
WTB authorises the use of wtb.com content for the purposes expressly established therein or in the present General Conditions. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or public disclosure thereof is prohibited unless express authorization is granted and/or in the cases envisaged by law.
WTB, itself or as an assignee, owns all of the intellectual and industrial property rights over this website, as well as over the content thereof (including images, sound effects, audio, videos, software and text; brands and logos, color combinations, structure and design, choice of materials used, necessary programs required for operation, access and use thereof, etc.). Any use or reproduction thereof is expressly prohibited beyond that expressly envisaged in the present Conditions.
The user undertakes to respect every intellectual and industrial property right of said website. He/she may view the elements on the website and even print them, copy them and save them to his/her computer's hard drive or to any other physical means provided that they are used solely and exclusively for his/her personal and private purposes. Thus, any transformation, distribution, public disclosure, making available or any other form or exploitation, as well as modification, alteration or recompilation, thereof is strictly prohibited. The user must abstain from deleting; altering, bypassing or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the wtb.com website pages.
SEVEN.- PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
WTB has set up a Privacy Policy that regulates the collection, storage, processing and use of the personal data that the user provides to WTB, as well as General Conditions of Use for Registered Users of wtb.com. To this effect, WTB undertakes to comply with said policy and general conditions of use, which the user may consult by accessing the Privacy Policy link displayed at the foot of the wtb.com website pages.
EIGHT.- MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS
WTB reserves the right to modify, completely or in part, wtb.com, its design, content and/or services, as well as the present Conditions, whenever it deems necessary. Likewise, WTB reserves the right to disconnect, temporarily suspend or permanently cancel wtb.com or any of its content and/or services at its entire discretion.
NINE.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND SOLVING DISPUTES
The parties expressly waive their own jurisdiction and agree to use Czech Law as the legislation regulating the present Conditions. In order to solve any disputes or lawsuits that may result therefrom, they agree to use the Courts and Tribunals of Prague.
