WTB Europe, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as "WTB") guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase ("Warranty period"): proof of purchase date is that specified on the receipt issued by an authorized dealer. WTB or the authorized dealer will replace the defective product with a new or reasonably similar one provided that the following conditions are met:
if the defect provably originated within the Warranty period;
if the defect is not caused by carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation;
if the purchaser has reported the problem to WTB or an authorized dealer within thirty days of detecting the defect.
Non-compliance with the following indications invalidates any warranty in which case WTB or an authorized dealer will not be liable for any damage or injury possibly occurring. This warranty does not compromise any possible rights protected by the national laws regarding consumer goods, which the customer always has the right to exercise.

WTB LIMITED WARRANTY

WTB Europe, s.r.o. guarantees its products for twenty-four (24) months from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
1) The limited warranty does not extend to cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, customer abuse, negligence, incorrect installation, improper maintenance, improper use, alteration, collisions, crashes, or intentional damage;
2) The limited warranty does not extend to cover damage resulting from causes other than non-conformities in material and workmanship, including but not limited to lack of technical skill, competence, or experience of the user; WTB tires are designed to be used with tubes, unless specified as UST compatible or TCS (Tubeless Compatible System). Use of sealant/tubeless conversion kits on non-UST compatible or TCS designated tires will void all warranty;
3) Upon discovery of a defect, customer must deliver the part, postage paid, with a valid proof of purchase or copy thereof, and with a signed written description of the alleged defect, to WTB within thirty (30) days;
4) Proof of purchase date is that specified on the receipt issued by an authorized dealer.
5) In some cases also photo proof can be accepted based on agreement with WTB.
Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions will invalidate the warranty. Additionally, WTB is not liable for any damage or injury caused as a result of use of a damaged product once damage has been detected. A defective product will be repaired or replaced by WTB within thirty days of receipt if it is determined, in the opinion of WTB, that the defect is not due to carelessness, improper use or incorrect installation and provided the purchaser has complied with the aforementioned requirements. By accepting replacement part, customer waives all right to other claims arising from the damage to the part.
Specifications of the warranty are subject to change at any time without notice.

DISCLAIMER

All other remedies, obligations, liabilities, rights, warranties, express or implied, arising from law or otherwise, including but not limited to, any claimed implied warranty of merchantability, any claimed implied warranty arising from course of performance, course of dealing or usage of trade, and any claimed implied warranty of fitness, are disclaimed by WTB and waived by the original owner. Some states, jurisdictions, countries, and provinces do not allow all of the limitations set forth herein, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. If any provision is found unenforceable, only that provision shall be stricken and all others shall apply. This limited warranty does provide the original owner with certain legal rights and recourse and the original owner may possess other rights or recourse, depending on the state, jurisdiction, country, or province in which he or she resides.
